MISE offers the easiest way to put dinner on the table every night. All you have to do is order your meals right here on our website and we’ll deliver them directly to your home or office. Once you’ve received your meals, all you have to do is warm them up and enjoy!

How do I place an order?

To place an order, start by checking out our menu. The entire ordering process is completed right here on the website. Just choose the meals you want from the menu, follow the prompts, and your food will be on its way to you in no time!

 

When is the ordering deadline?

Orders must be submitted before every Thursday at 11:59 pm in order to receive them the following Sunday. 

 

Can I cancel my order after I’ve submitted it? 

Submitted orders are final. However, we hate wasting food. If unforeseen circumstances would prevent you from being able to eat your meals after you’ve ordered them, just give us a call at (401) 443-6531 and we’ll do what we can to try and accommodate you. 

 

How do I receive my order? 

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide every Sunday. 

 

When will I get my delivery? 

Orders that are placed before Thursday at 11:59 pm will arrive the following Sunday.

 

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. We package your meals in an insulated bag packed with ice packs. Stored this way, your food can sit for up to four hours and still stay cold. Give us a call at (401) 443-6531 if you have any additional questions or concerns about food safety.

 

How long will my meals last in the fridge?

Each meal will have a specific expiration date on the package. These dates are typically between 5 and 7 days from delivery. 

 

Are the meals frozen?

Your meals are made to order from fresh ingredients and are never frozen. 

 

Can I customize a meal or order? 

If you have a special request don’t hesitate to give us a call at (401) 443-6531 and we’ll do everything in our power to accommodate it. 

 

How do I heat my meals? 

Each meal includes easy-to-follow heating instructions that will provide the optimal result for that specific dish. 

 

Are meals from MISE healthy? 

We do our best to make our meals as healthy as possible without sacrificing flavor. We do this by using fresh, locally sourced ingredients (where possible) to create the closest thing to home-cooking you can get outside your kitchen. We also go to great lengths to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs and preferences.

If you browse our menu you’ll find low carb, vegetation, and keto-friendly meals. If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’ll do everything we can to provide you with delicious meals that meet your needs. 

What do I do with the empty food packaging?

Many of our packages are biodegradable. Don’t be concerned about throwing them in with your weekly yard waste or your at home compost. The drink containers, soup containers and portion cups are not biodegradable, but they are recyclable. 

We noticed most meal preparation companies using a lot of aluminum and plastic containers and did not want to have to use that same packaging. We have searched around and found a great biodegradable package made from bamboo. We hope that by using products like this we can try to help make a difference and cut down on the use of plastic.
